This is how it works: 

You can send us your base preset – One colour and one black and white (creating variations to suit different lights as the day progresses and keeping the look consistent is then our job.)  
We will work on the first 10 tests images you send me from your wedding free of charge – this editing service involves – fully polishing the image including straightening. We can also crop the images for you if you would like us to 🙂
Not to fear we will discuss all this beforehand

1. What exactly does editing fee include?
The answer is simple: Any adjustments that are required in Lightroom to reach your desired goal. However, we will only straighten or crop photos if you have explicitly asked for that. There are no additional charges for that.
Re: creating black and white conversion we will do them based on your liking i.e. the percentage you would like black and white or colour.
We don’t liquify or do any sort of skin smoothening.

2. Would you help me develop my style?
Oh, we would love to! Our goal is to enhance your already beautiful work so that your vision and style comes through – we will work with you to understand what you like and go from there. We offer a complimentary 30 minute Skype session for this service. 
However, if your style is already developed we work with your base presets to work on your photo.  

3. What is your turnaround time?
Turn around for images 1250 and less will be 7 working days after the payment has been received.
Anything over 1250 photos will be 12 working days after the payment has been received.
We have expedited editing option available as well – message us to know more.

4. Will you use my presets with anyone else or your own work at Tinted Photography?
Any preset that you have created yourself will not be used for any other photographer’s or our own work. All of our client’s intellectual property is and will always be 100% confidential and protected.
For Tinted Photography we as it has a pretty honed style of our own that our own following expects of us.

5. What happens if I am not in love with the work I receive?
We will work to make it right. If after receiving your final files you don’t love something – we can fix that for you in 48 hours – just let us know within 24 hours of receiving the files. Our number 1 goal is your satisfaction and happiness. As we work together more, we get to understand your style, take notes about everything you don’t like and the results get better!
