Welcome back to part two of Samantha and Jeremy’s blog, a Roys Peak Engagement Photoshoot. (If you haven’t seen part one yet that’s ok, you can check it out here). We split their shoot into two parts because the weather did the same on the day. We had planned to heli up the famous and breathtaking Mount Roy around sunset and were busy gallivanting about in Autumn colours near Queenstown when we got a call from the amazing guys at Wanaka Helicopters informing us that the weather was changing in their neck of the woods and that we better hurry over if we wanted to get in the air!
Scrolling on down, you will see that we made it in the nick of time and the views were crazy beautiful! Samantha and Jeremy did an amazing job braving the cold together as we watched the clouds roll in on us. It was so stunning and so romantic and we were having such a great time that when the weather finally enveloped us in a soft white mist it felt like the perfect way to wrap up our little mountaintop adventure.
Once we were back on the ground, we still had a little daylight left so supplemented it with our cars high beams to finish out the shoot 😊
Of course we finished up with an awesome meal and drinks someplace warm in Queenstown ❤.
Samantha and Jeremy, what an amazing day we had on your incredible Roys Peak Engagement Photoshoot!
