We simply require a signed contract and non-refundable $1500 reservation fee to hold your date. After that, the remaining is due 2 weeks before your date.
Let’s start dreaming up how we can capture the magic of your adventure in love, document the two of you and your love story with all its sweetness, weirdness and joy. This is going to be frickin fun, we promise. Before our adventure together, we will send you guides we have created to help you along the way. Then, all you have left to to is hang out in each others arms, run around the mountaintops, spash in the waves, munch on some delicious dumplings, watch a glorious sunset and basically, well... Have an adventure!

WEDDING FILM
Our wedding videos are an artistic highlight reel set to music. Here are some details about the wedding videos we create:
• The team on the day - just like with our photography, it is just two of us, and sometimes our associates (no more than two) no big team required. So your wedding will still feel intimate.
• The wedding video created is a highlights reel, not full long-form documentary coverage of the day.
• The video is set to music, so speeches and vows are not recorded by us and are not included in the video. If this is something you would like just let us know and we can customise a package for you.
• The length of the wedding video will be determined by the wedding day itself, as such we cannot guarantee an exact video length prior to the wedding.

DRIVING:
The first 30km from our base in Geraldine, NZ, are free, then it’s 85c per km thereafter. We calculate travel fees using Google Maps suggested route so there is no hidden costs.
Travel for Auckland weddings is $900
If accommodation is required – we charge a flat fee of only $275/night. Nothing fancy. We just book the closest AirBnB/Hotel room with a lock and key.
If we have to pay extra – we pay it from our own pockets.

Between the two of us, our photographic styles compliment each other. We are both photojournalistic and lifestyle photographers and of course photographing in natural light is our jam.
An adventure session with us lasts for at least one day as we take you exploring in and around the most gorgeous places out there! Once the general location for your photoshoot with us is decided upon it’s then our job to create a surprise and jaw dropping plan for the day.
Location scouting, planning and all-around support leading up to your shoot, including wardrobe discussions, itinerary planning, makeup and hair advice and more. Plus, bonus, you get two brand new friends in us and some incredible stories to share after you get home. After your time with us, we edit each your photos individually and deliver them to you as high res, fully edited jpegs on a personalized web link which you can share with family and friends, download/backup from and even order prints and albums from. Videos reels are fully edited and graded, delivered in 1080p and will last between 3-5 minutes.
On the day(s) of the shoot you will need to bring your own transport and organize your own accommodation. Talk to us for advice on rental companies and your itinerary outside your time with us - we want to make your trip a special one full of amazing memories!
Adventure sessions that are at least one day in length include travel costs.

That’s it, you’re in good hands and your date is in our calendar.
Yes! In fact, we recommend meeting with us face to face or over Skype/Facetime/ Google Hangouts before booking us. We believe that clicking with people is as important than clicking the shutter.
We take a lot of pride in delivering the very best quality to our couples. We believe that editing your photos creates the complete look and feel of your day, so we take it very seriously. All your photos are individually edited in-house as opposed to being batch edited or outsourced. And because we deliver so many edited photos in the final gallery it does take time.
You will have your photos in your hands 10.5 weeks after your adventure. During this wait, you will see 7-10 of your photos pop up on our social media platforms for you and your friends and family to see and share. Finally we will publish a blog post on our website with 100 or so photos from your day before sending you lot.
The number of hours you have booked us for and the way your day is planned out (locations, dress changes, time of year etc) will dictate the number of photographs you will receive. Because we want you to have and remember every amazing moment from your stunning day, we don’t have a maximum limit on the number of photos we give to our couples.
Yes! We didn’t realise the importance of a wedding album till after our own wedding. This process starts after you have seen all your photos and want an album.
After you have picked your images, we can personally design the album layout, to ensure that it accurately reflects the events of your special day. This can then be proofed and once you’re happy with the design we can go to print. This process takes about four to five weeks. We also have another option where you can order your own album and prints from one of 4 printhouses world wide from your personal web gallery after you recieve your photos.

We would be so happy to assist in your planning in any way possible. Once you book Tinted Photography you are part of our growing and very caring Tinted Family so our experience and knowledge of the industry is there for you.
