On the other hand, asking questions is sometimes not an easy task because you might not know where even to start when you have so much on your mind, especially when it’s not your line of work and you have just started planning for your wedding day.
So let us give you answers to our frequently asked questions which will make your job easy, we hope!
Q. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
A. Between the two of us, our photographic styles compliment each other. We are both photojournalistic and lifestyle photographers and of course photographing in natural light is our jam. We would love to chat to you about what our style of photography will bring to your wedding day, so don’t be shy and say hello!
Q. WHERE DO I FIND YOUR PRICES?
A. You can find them on our prices page. We have two wedding packages for 9 hours and 12 hours of wedding coverage. If however you are planning an elopement or want custom pricing for an event please send us an e-mail via our contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q. CAN WE MEET BEFORE BOOKING?
A. Yes! In fact, we recommend meeting with us face to face or over Skype/Facetime/Google Hangouts before booking us.
We believe that clicking with people is as important than clicking the shutter.
Q. WE LOVE YOU GUYS AND YOUR WORK, HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
A. We feel honoured that you love our work – give us a minute for a happy dance – …aaaaand we are back :)! For us, beautiful wedding photos come from the connection we make with our couples. Every love story is unique and we would love to know more about yours.
So let’s book a date – face to face or online (Skype/Facetime/Google Hangouts) and let’s talk about your beautiful day and your love story.
Of course we will need to check if we are available for your date – so send that through in your email via our contact page and we can let you know asap.
If we are available – we will send you some meeting times and we can take it from there. There is no charge for this consultation.
You can then book us anytime with a 25% deposit and signing of the contract.
Q. WE ARE BOOKING FROM OVERSEAS, CAN YOU SUGGEST SOME AMAZING VENDORS TO US?
A. Could we just! For almost 6 years we have worked with some very talented artists and wedding vendors who will bring your dream wedding to life.
We would be so happy to assist in your wedding planning in any which way possible. Once you book Tinted Photography you are part of our growing and very caring Tinted Family.
Q. HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE FROM OUR WEDDING?
A. The number of hours you have booked us for and the way your day is planned out will dictate the number of photographs you will receive.
Because we want you to have and remember every amazing moment from your stunning day, we don’t have a maximum limit on the number of photos we give to our couples.
Q. WHEN CAN WE EXPECT TO GET OUR PHOTOS?
A. We take a lot of pride in delivering the very best quality to our couples. We believe that editing your photos creates the complete look and feel of your day, so we take it very seriously. All your photos are individually edited in-house as opposed to batch editing or outsourcing your photos. And because we deliver so many edited photos in the final gallery it does take time :)
You will have your photos in your hands 8 weeks after your wedding – so just in time after your honeymoon ☺
During this wait, you will see your photos pop up on our social media platforms for you and your friends and family to see.
Q. DO YOU DO ALBUMS AND HOW DOES THAT PROCESS WORK?
A. Yes! We didn’t realise the importance of a wedding album till after our own wedding. This process starts after you have seen all your photos and want an album. After you have picked your images, we personally design the album layout, to ensure that it accurately reflects the events of your special day. This can then be proofed and once you’re happy with the design we can go to print. This process takes about four to five weeks.
Q .WILL OUR PICTURES BE ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA?
A. Yes! We are super in love with the weddings we cover each year and love the work we deliver to our couples. We think it is important for us to keep our couples and followers up to date with our work.
Q. DO YOU DO ONLY PHOTOGRAPH WEDDINGS?
A. We love photographing stories. So if we have time, we would love to tell yours.
Q. DO YOU DO OFFER VIDEO SERVICES?
A. We give our all to still photography but we have connections in the video world with like-minded creatives who we can help book for you.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES AND DO YOU TRAVEL FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS?
A. Destination weddings are all that and more and we love them! Yes, we will travel to photograph your day in your favourite corner of the globe. So get in touch via our contact page , tell us about your plans

Q. DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL PACKAGES FOR AN ELOPEMENT?
A. We love elopements and honeymoon sessions and depending on when, where and how you are eloping/vacationing we have different pricing options available. So please get in touch via our contact page and let’s start planning.
