Ever wonder what it’s like to spend the windiest day of the year on a photoshoot with a couple of super cool long-distance lovers? Well wonder no more as we have the adventure that will quench that curiosity – this windy Queenstown Adventure photoshoot! Meera and Jay are incredible together – their smiles and the way they look at and hold each other is so very beautiful.

When we drove up to the first location on their day of adventure with us, all amped and ready to shoot, we were welcomed by winds so strong and gusty that it was hard to keep our eyes open. These two gave us the nod to still go ahead with the amazing trip we had planned for them and we started. The wind was harsh and also carried little stones in it which is how we cracked our lens as well – but it was all worth it.
We ran on the river bed, hugged behind big rocks sheltering from the wind, climbed mountains and spent the sunset embracing the last bit of the warmth.
